  • October 27 - November 25: 30-Day Sleep Well challenge
  • January (dates TBD): 30-day Pilates Ball workout challenge
  • January 23: First Staff Breakfast
  • March 2 - March 27: Breakfast challenge, kick off with nutrition counselor workshop on Wellness Day (March 2)
  • April 10: Second Staff Breakfast
  • April 27-June 1: Happiness Habits challenge
